When do I need a Care Needs Assessment?

A 2017 report from the Competition and Markets Authority shed light on this issue, particularly for those funding their own home care support services and care home placements. It called for greater access to personalized advice from trusted professionals, as well as clearer, more transparent information to help navigate the complexities of the care system.
